Delete Your Jetlag Coach Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Delete via the App

The fastest way is directly in the app:

1. Open Jetlag Coach
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete your account

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.

Delete by Email

If you no longer have the app installed, email us at privacy@jetlagcoach.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Account credentials (email address and authentication data)
• Profile information (sleep preferences, chronotype, and settings)
• All generated trip plans
• Any stored preferences

What Is Retained

We do not retain personal data after deletion. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be traced back to you may persist as part of general product metrics.
